I have some good friends who develop and sell investment property in Costa Rica and Nicaragua.  Both of these countries are exploding with growth and the real estate markets are appreciating at staggering rates. There are many advantages to investing in Central America, and Stewart Title along with quite a few U.S. and international lenders have made the process simple. 

Nicaragua is now known by insiders as "the next Costa Rica" and the market is still at the beginning stages of growth...the perfect time to get in! 

I travelled to Nicaragua in May to see some of the latest opportunities for myself, and I am so excited about the potential that I plan to go back again soon. Prior to visiting Nicaragua I was skeptical, however I have seen for myself that the investment potential is extraordinary.  I have personally invested in many properties over a nine year period of time and have not seen many opportunities like this.  I plan to purchase property in Nicaragua very soon.
