Marshview and Ponte Vedra Shores West is a unique community containing about 180 residences between the Atlantic Ocean to the East and the marsh and intracoastal to the West. The community consists of a combination of 3 story townhomes, 2 story townhomes, a few detached single family residences, as well as a few single family and multifamily lots to be built on in the future.

The large 3 story Marshview units are newer, with high end finishings, attached garages, and many have elevators. The 2 story Ponte Vedra Shores West units were built in the mid 1980’s and are some of the most affordable residences in the area.

The detached single family homes in the community are custom built and vary in size, age and design.

The community has beach access just a short walk or bike ride away. It’s just a short drive to the New Vilano Beach Town Center, the exclusive Serenata Beach Club, Historic St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville to the North.
