Did anyone see the premier of "The Billionaire Inside: Donald Trump" on Wednesday evening (Oct. 17, 2007 - CNBC)?? 

Well, here's a direct quote from "The Donald":

"This is now the time to get in. You can make great deals today that you couldn't have made a year ago...you couldn't have made two years ago.  It's funny, there's less interest in real estate now because people have been hurt in real estate and this is when there should be more interest.  This is the time to go in, this is the time to really bargain, really chisel and go in and make some great deals.  You couldn't have done that a year ago."

Donald Trump also said he thought that within the next six months the market in most places would bottom out.  Everyone knows that the best time to buy anything is when demand is low and prices are low. 

I am in contact with many investors across the U.S. and abroad.  One of them who has been in the business for 30 years recently told me that he has not seen opportunities like this since the savings and loan crisis in the 80's.  There are SO MANY great deals out there right now.  Call me if you need help locating the best opportunities!
