Another exciting development will soon be built in the Vilano Beach/ North Shores community!  The former Beachcomber RV Resort will become "The Beachcomber".  A total of 45 single family homes and 34 condominium residences, along with a clubhouse, amenity center, beach pavillion, 39 boat slips (with deep water access to the intracoastal waterway and ocean), and community pool will be constructed.

This is sure to be a winner due to uniqueness and location.  How can you beat having intracoastal and ocean access within one community! The Beachcomber consists of 43 acres between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.  33 acres, or more than 77% of the site will be preserved in the form of open and green space, and 100% of the property's wetlands will be left untouched.

The architecture of the community will be Old Florida style and construction of the community will begin within the next year, after the permitting is complete.  We will keep you updated as more details become available.
