Background and Education

Todd grew up on Fleming Island in Orange Park, FL.  He spent summers in St. Augustine, FL from the time he was 2 years old.  Todd moved to St. Augustine in 1989 in order to enjoy the beach full time and attend college. Todd graduated from Flagler College with a BA in Business Administration.

Since that time Todd has been involved in many aspects of real estate including property management, home inspection, mortgage banking, real estate investing, and real estate sales. He has experienced all cycles of the real estate market (Slump, Boom, and Recovery) during this time frame.  He has also been involved in different markets in several parts of the U.S., including Denver, CO, Frisco, CO, and Northeast FL. 

Todd feels that education and mentorship is critical to keeping up with the everchanging real estate and business environment.  He consistently attends educational courses and events all over the Country and works with several real estate and business mentors. Over the last several years Todd has taken courses on the following:
