The redevelopment of the Vilano Beach Town Center is one of the most exciting and unique projects I have seen in Northeast Florida.  The potential for future appreciation of real estate in this area is tremendous due to the minimal supply of property available.  As the old saying goes, "they aren't making any more dirt" and people will continue to gobble up real estate at the beach regardless of what happens with the economy.

I feel very fortunate to live in this area and am anxiously awaiting our new grocery store and shopping area along with all the other improvements.  I will be updating this blog frequently with new information on the Town Center, so please check back for updates!  I will have investment opportunities, pricing information on condominium projects and property, construction progress updates, etc.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
